I'm Liv Taylor, a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator specialising in supporting women to reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their inner power. I hold certifications in Introspective Breathwork® Therapy and Usui Reiki, with specialist training in somatic and trauma-informed approaches. My work continues to evolve as I deepen my studies in nervous system regulation and body-based healing. I work with women globally through online sessions and offer limited in-person sessions in Brighton & Hove.
I use the One Breath Method™, which combines Introspective Breathwork® Therapy with carefully curated music to create a trauma-informed, client-led experience. My approach is about presence, not performance: creating conditions for your nervous system to shift from survival into integration. This method works at the nervous system level, supporting self-regulation and emotional processing in a way that's anchored in intention, safety, and capacity. Rather than focusing on retelling your story, we begin with the breath as the bridge between mind and body. What distinguishes my work is the integration of music as a therapeutic tool and my focus on helping women to stop outsourcing their power and start listening to their bodies' wisdom.
